Hi folks, I need to replace the whole assembly on the front passenger door - any idea on the part number and best place to buy?

In searching for replacement, found this link to an ebay auction - set of 4 replacement shadow BMW logo lights for $28 but not sure if its just the bulb or whole assembly, and if it will fry my car's electronics. Would do you think?
