Well, ebay was where I saw the first one and lost it. Alas, it also is where I found the one I bought.
It cost $4k and shipping was about $400. It came out of a truck with 97k miles and was clean on the inside.
So, I'm about 2.5 weeks away from turning the key on it in my wagon.
