i just brought 2007 X5 4.8i & found out rear seal is leaking. its under 3 month warranty & second time taking the car back for the same thing, the salesman told me it was something else like filter loose. My mechanic gave it a service today & spotted the oil leak. first BMW X5 I have owned I hope I don't regret it. best car ever owned was a Honda s2000 I cant compare it being different but was bullet proof in maintenance.
