Anyone knows of a place to get keyfob Programmed

I bought the new key for $330.00 thinking this was all included, I took the key home, certain functions does not work. Now they told me i need to pay $200 for a hour labor to program key. Anyone know of a cheaper just of good way in Manhattan. Or is BMW of Manhattan only way to go?
