Well the 10/22 sure is a fun little rifle - can't wait to get a Hogue stock on it as well, I absolutely love it on the Mossberg - I thought about getting the .920 Bull Barrel combo from Tactical Solutions but @ $330 for the barrel w/ fiber optic sight, and the Hogue Takedown stock, it would be basically more for that than the actual gun!
I think I'll be happy with just this -

(mine has the black polymer trigger group and mag release but I do have the stainless receiver and barrel) - Ruger does sell a nice 2-3lb BX trigger group which just drops in that I would consider.
I like the stock bolt (as of 2015 new design with Ruger engraved on it), but both it and the inside of the receiver could probably use a bit of polishing to smooth the action a bit, I may get a Kidd or JVH Custom stainless and slightly extended charging handle for a bit of "bling" - Already installed the Kidd auto bolt release, stupid Ruger factory design, now I just cock back and release the slide and it will pop forward and chamber. Tons of little parts that are nice to pick up, Kidd stainless mag plunger, the charging handle mentioned above, a bolt buffer, etc.
Little bit of time with the Dremel and some metal polish should definitely smooth up the inside of the receiver and the bolt, I know it will happen over time with some rounds through it but I always strip, clean, and oil all my new guns before first trip to the range.
Have some BX15 round mags in the mail from CTD arriving, thanks to the Peoples Republic of NJ we have a cap on 15 rds, and already have 2 BX1 10 round rotary mags that the rifle came with from the factory.
Altogether, a really sweet rifle with a ton of capability for sure. The wife is gonna love shooting this one!
