I really hope the major carbon build up issue is more of an e90 problem. Those guys really have it rough. Our 2 EGRs and extra load may save us from the worst of it. My 09 was only driven 25k miles between 2009 and 2015 so I may find a mess when I get it apart.
My original plan was to leave those vacuum hoses for now but after feeling around I can tell I have a few bad spots. I also need to do the engine partition which when removed will give me slightly more room to work. I am still getting random hesitation under less than full boost and I really hope it is vacuum related.
