I can understand your frustration. However I would have to say that with $13K in repair costs you may have gotten one with higher than average issues (you didn't mention anything about a costly repair so I'll assume many smaller repairs...which can add up in and of themselves).

In the end you have to decide if the hassle / expense is worth it to you. None of us can make that determination for you.
