People have retrofitted OEM and aftermarket Nav/Display in the E83, as it was a factory option. You could retrofit will all BMW parts, expensive but the sure way to go. Id use REALOEM.com to find what harness' you'll need. Im sure there are a few threads online too. Best of luck with it, please post it.
