I remember cleaning mine which looked close to that but I had over 70k. Acetone is your friend, trust me. No other degreaser cut through that stuff better.

The good thing is that those vacuum hoses are super easy to replace after the manifold is out.

Lastly, it's a good time to pull out the swirl flaps and get those cleaned up.
