Interesting enough i removed the mic from its holder in the overhead console and removed the felt pad that was covering it. To may amazement all feedback and static is all gone. I ordered the upgraded mic, haven't received it yet and it looks like the problem is now solved. I am shocked and I don't know why it now works but it does.I hear callers and they hear me just fine. I hope someone else may find this useful and I thank everyone that helped me with this install. This forum is awesome!
