Hi all,

I have an opportunity to transfer, with my family,to the USA (from Australia) for a couple of years...can anybody suggest the best location to move to considering the following;

Nice beach not too far away
Nice rental home for the family @ 2000.00 mth
Friendly neighbourhood.
& preferrably not in LA.

Your feedback would be most appreciated...also apart from income tax, are there any other taxes to be aware of?
