2005 3.0i

Ok so during the last year and half or so, I've replaced the door carrier on all doors except for the front driver side (hope it lasts...knock on wood).

My rear passenger door's really strange. Note child lock is not engaged. If I try to open from the inside when locked, door won't open either from inside or outside. Then I would have to lock then unlock with remote then I can open from outside. After that, I can normally open from inside as well.

I pulled the door panel off and thoroughly examined the door carrier and everything seems normal.

Puzzled....
