Hermosa Beach would be nice as would Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, even some parts of Long Beach but would that be too close to Los Angeles for him? Only he can tell us that. Gresch: Do you miss Hermosa?

miss hermosa? does the Pope like to wear white?
HB is plenty far from downtown LA so that he wouldn't be overcome by the "city". I worked on Wilshire and over on Katella in Anaheim and HB was like another world... i would cross the PCH and all of my troubles seemed to just fade away.... I'ld move back there in a second... what i don't miss is the Government of the State of California.
Hawthorne down by Redondo isn't bad, east of HB and MB isn't so great. El Segundo might fit into his price range, but that's close to LAX.. maybe up in brentwood would be good.
I didn't like MDR too much, it's a very pretty area, but the marina just dominates it and there really arent any good beaches.... if i had a boat i'ld have loved it, but i only had my kawasaki 1100STX out there with me and it took like 20 minutes just to get out of the marina! that was THE longest no wake zone i've ever been in .
