Ditto...we can't see what you're referring to.

But if you're looking for a front end modification...I believe item #2 in the 4.6is diagram below...can be "painted your color of choice and applied/glued" to the front bumper of some other e53 X5 models to get the 4.6is front bumper "look". I believe this applies to facelift & prefacelift 3.0 & 4.4 models. There should be threads about this upgrade/modification on xoutpost to verify (or if a forum member that knows for sure...please feel free to chime in):
