FINALLY got the dayum sun shade off. Quickly removed 4 torx screws, disconnected wiring, etc and popped plastic rivets off. Then the HELL began
The large main panel clip, located right near handle in center of panel was a complete PITA to get off. I have removed driver panel before, so I knew what to expect with center clip. But this was a TOTAL JOKE! I was using HUGE force, pulling/twisting/etc. I even resorted to a breaker bar I worked in there to crow it off......STILL would not give!!! I finally got enough leverage on it to pop it off and the plastic clip part broke in pieces of course!
At least I didn't damage the vapor barrier! Anyway, just wanted to report I got shade off. Used a little screwdriver to coax it off from the side of it as I held clip up
Time to dive in to the door handle carrier!
