Dunno what's to exclude or why?
When I hit Today's Posts, the list of forums with new/today's posts show up in vertical order, but if there hasn't been a post in a specific forum, it doesn't show up on the page...
Since the Politics forum last had a post about May 22, it doesn't 'show up' in my list of forums with posts.
Maybe fiddle with your Thread Tools?
