Honestly, he will take a huge hit. He is probably better off installing some aftermarket suspension (if anything is even available). The cost there will be less than the hit he will take trading in a car with less than 500 miles on it.

Id hope the dealer will make good, but all in all, sounds like he got what he ordered, but that's not what he wanted. :-/
