From what I can gather the Idrive controller is an easy upgrade. I am going to have it coincide with a stealership visit so they can just update the software and from what Ive read, that will make it functional. I too have been on the fence with the upgrade. With costs for the system coming down its seeming more feasible. I have yet to bite the bullet on it.
