I won't be parting it out. Just too much work and don't have enough space for that.
I'll do my best to revive this car.

As for maintenance records, there isn't any..... I didn't expect much either for $800. haha

There are few things wrong with the car that I know so far other than engine.
1. navi works but no radio or CD
2. Side mirror folding not working. worn out gear I suspect
3. PDC not working, couple blown sensor.
4. cracked front windshield.
