It can be:
- VANOS line
- Oil filter housing gasket
- Crankcase pressure control valve
- Transmission oil cooling lines

.
Or all 4 like in my case.
You will find plenty of guides on the forum as these are very common problems, luckily cheap to fix if you DIY.
