Finally got around to checking the door looms etc. Removed the battery connections first, as I don't want to be dealing with SRS issues.

Left A pillar connector contacts (in X257) looked a little corroded, but the speaker measured OK with a meter (from X57 pins 28 & 29) so I cleaned them up with some contact cleaner/lube and put it all back together.

Left B pillar connector connection (in X273) looked ok but the speaker appears to be open circuit (X273 pins 28 & 29). Drat. Cleaned/lubed connections and closed this up too.

Re-powered the car and tested the audio and I now have 5 of 6 speakers working. The missing speaker - left rear - is either a dead speaker or a disconnection at the speaker plug (X10248). I'll have to pull the door card/liner to check this.

Another day - I'm done for now.
