You're right, it's 18 ft-lb for the filter cap and 25 Nm for the plug. Also 25 Nm for the filter cap and 18 ft-lb for the plug ... Yes, same torque for both = 25 Nm (spec) = 18 ft-lb (converted)

I remember when I first did an oil change and noticed it was the same torque for both = nice touch by the designers. No need to reset the torque wrench, and the torque spec is on the filter cap, as I recall.
