Even with sourcing my missing piece and the hardware to fit them, I am under $425 for the complete set ($1050 from the dealer for new OE) so I kept myself under budget

Out of curiosity, are there any rust spots on the aluminum part of the board, RB? Do you by chance have a pic of the board?
I ask because I have a (very) small and slight rust spot on one of my running board and was trying to find a way to get rid of it.
There are posts on here on how to clean it, ie. removing the black dots and and metal polish..but will that remove the rust spot?
