Believe me, when it's 110 degrees in Texas, it doesn't matter how much fuel you've got in the tank! My only replacement was done at 245,000 miles. And it was only done because the sending units were reading incorrect levels.

2002 X5 3.0 305,400 miles
2014 428i 19,700 miles

2004 325i sold at 123,600 miles
2001 325i sold at 66,000 miles
