I painted my calipers the other day with the G2 self-leveling brush on and I'm real happy with the results and ease of application. The picture below doesn't really show how true black and consistent the finish is because it was in bright sunlight and they were still drying.
My mechanic is going to install my Centric e-coated (black) rotors this week, which should look nice with the black calipers (and it's a black X5). I didn't put the new lugs on yet since I knew the wheels will be coming right back off, but they will go on after the brake job and probably won't need to wrench them again until I need tires in 20K miles or so.
