Hi guys
Im chasing the elusive slight puff of smoke after extended idle when warm as usual and have read all the threads possible so have been heading down the correct route to begin with.
My CCV are both not split but slightly blocked by a quite hard brown subatance - ill be cleaning this out but how best to get it out the rest of the breather system ?
From looking past my throttle plate while holding it open the is slight browning and a hint of oil in there but its certainly not soaking wet - am I heading in the right direction ?
Ive got a small rubber pipe that comes off my air flow meter to throttle body pipe thats terribly corroded and cant hold vacuum so needs replacing - realoem just has it grayed out with no part number so not really sure what that means ? (Number 7 in this link)

Ive also got my oil cap seal leaking so replacing that.
Other than that ive a few questions about what I SHOULD have went running at temprature
If I remove the CCV pipes should I have pressue at the cam cover port and vacuum at the inlet manifold port ?
Is there any test I can do to know I have the correct pressure and vacuum in the correct places ?
