I have a highly modified 96TT, so I am not a 'stock only' guy, but tend to be more of a 'mod with purpose' type.

$1300 for wheels and tires means they are basically garbage. Tires and wheels. Buy BMW wheels, buy good tires. You live where it snows- you gonna drive that crap around this winter? "Lexani or similar"..really???

Brakes? What? Why are you replacing brakes? do you think buying Centric pads and rotors (which Brembo remarkets as Brembo) is an "upgrade" becuase the red Brembo???

Exhaust... that will only fit the M

LED Bar? huh?

Suspension... you are buying a replacement compressor/control for the stock air suspension.... why? it isnt a tune-up nor 'mod'

Hood. Wow. So much wow. Is this supposed to lighten the car to help with lap times?

Just get someone to wrap your hood in a CF film.

I dont want to be dicky, people enjoy modding their babies... Consider that modding a car should be done with an overall 'concept'- what is it that you are trying to achieve. A carbon fiber racing hood on a bloated SUV with cheap knock off rims and garbage tires is not a well-conceived 'package'. Just my opinion. Take a moment and try and decide what it is you are doing, and what spectrum of mods 'fits' into an overall look/concept.
Very well said!
