Dang cold here NOW - and I'm using the remote-start Webasto most mornings. If its between 5 Deg. C and zero, 15mins is fine but recently we have been getting sub-zero temps in the mornings, so I find a second tap on the A button after 5-10mins to extend the run time to 20-25mins is really good. Cabin is toasty warm and engine temp is about at the top of the blue section (30-40 Deg. C).
I'm charging the car's battery overnight at least once every couple of weeks, just to make sure it's OK. No need if your daily runs are long but advisable with short runs.
