Regular seats (8-way) have 6-ways for the bottom cushion (count the arrows to determine how many "ways" the button controls)...and 2-ways for the upper cushion. (4-way lumbar can be optioned to make it a 12-way seat) regular 8-way seat

regular 8-way seat w/4-way lumbar option
Sports seats has extended side bolstering & 2-way thigh extension added to the regular 8-way elec seat features (for a total of a 10-way seat)...but the 4-way lumbar can be optioned which can turn them into a 14-way seat: 14-way sport seat
Comfort seats add the 2-way upper articulating back, 2-way {larger} elec headrest, 4-way lumbar, and 8-way regular seat features as standard for a total of 16-ways.
