I like the concept, ride, and saved space that my run flats offer. I carry a small compressor and a plug kit. In my lifetime experience of flats 100% of the time I've found slow leaks by looking at my tires while safely parked and it's always been a puncture from a nail or other road debris easily fixed. I once won a bet that I could see a 3 pound differential in air pressure in my tires. Its not that difficult if you look along the sidewall where the tire rests on the pavement.
