Have you made sure that there is no damage to wiring to either offending sensor?

Are the replacement sensors OEM or aftermarket? I never had an issue with VDO which is basically identical to BMW. Any other brand and you're taking chances.

It's curious that you have steering angle sensor code and both front speed sensors. Logically, it could be this last code causing issues with 2 first ones but it's only a guess.
