When you connect iPod nano, iTunes opens. FOLLOW THE SIMPLE ON SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD SONGS TO IPOD NANO"

Hence, the WTF!! Sorry, but Ive been opening and closing iTunes every 30 seconds for the past 3 hours, and not once have I seen "SIMPLE ON SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS"..The only thing that happens, is songs just "migrate" into the library, and it tells me not to disconnect because music is being d'loaded to the iPod! And it wont stop at all!..But even more frustrating, is I cant get them off....It just keeps dl'ing, and dl'ing...

Just relax. Let it do it's thing. When it's done then you can change it. Again Read the instructions after it's done. But don't keep unplugging it over and over again or stop opening and closing iTunes. It will not help. The on screen instructions will appear on your computer not the Nano. I hope you knew that. At any rate let it finish downloading you'll be fine. Here's the first thing to remember. You must back up your songs before you do anything. BACK UP BACK UP BACK UP. there i have warned you. Next there is software avaliable to move songs from the Nano to other locations but until you are ready to take that step I would advise you to get aquainted with how the Nono works before trying that. Until you learn the other ways the Nano can be used remember that the only way you can manipulate whats on the Nano is from the computer. You deleat songs on the computer? It will deleat songs on the Nano. You add songs on the computer it adds songs on the Nano. You can stop that process but you must read the easy instructions and follow them to stop either of the processes i've described.
