Thanks for the response. I think the problem is a computer/sensor/electrical problem-- not a mechanical issue like a vacuum leak or CBU in the EGR. I think it's p/n 11747805391. However, I'm not sure where it's located on the car-- I think it's under the intake manifold, though. Perhaps accessible for the weekend warrior?

If you read my prior post you'll see why I think its a faulty part-- using my scanner in real time I was able to see that the reading (any reading) for the low pressure egr was intermittent-- now (500 miles later) it's non existent. The value/reading never changes... In other words the ECU is not receiving input from that sensor... or whatever sensor sends the LP EGR values to the ECU.

PS: 11/2010 Build-- I think that's relevant because there was a mid year change regarding LP EGR system.
