Your additive mixture adaptation shows a positive number which would indicate a lean condition, so the ECM or DME will be adding fuel to the mixture
but you Multiplicative mixture adaptation: shows a negative percentage which indicates a rich condition so the ECM or DME will be taking away fuel from the mixture.

I would look at the MAF for starter. If you do replace the MAF don't buy a cheap made in CHINA crap from Amazon or eBay. Better to buy a used Siemens MAF.
