squidzilla is on a distinguished road
OK I have the cover off and fuel filter off. I had to remove the 13mm bolts inside the two cover holes on the driver side. Readings this DIY, it was somewhat clear, and me being a noob, I was worried that I would drop the fuel tank or something. The DIY from Pelican does not mention those two bolts at all and mine would not come off with removing those. All in all it only took me like two hours or so to get it off.

I removed all of the clips by just squeezing them the right way and then moving it a bit. Then I did it again and they all came off. More fuel came out of the black clip line than the others.

I even removed the vacuum hose by using a straight head screw driver to pry it a bit while tugging on it.

Now I just need to put the new one on and replace the vacuum hose.
