Well I must be in the minority. Got mine done yesterday made first appointment at 8 AM. In and out in 25 mins. No wash, no complimentary inspection no BS - I told the service advisor just do recall and get me on my way.

Airbag has a bit of misalignment when installed but a few taps of the horn while pressing in the right direction centered and seated it just fine. All in all finally glad it's done.
