There is a way to run decatted and still pass emissions. You can run an o2 sensor spacer which manipulates the flow the cat 02 sensor sees and tricks it into thinking a cat is still present. 42DD sells them, I've done it one other cars that were modified....O2 Sensor Spacer - 42 Draft Designs
