I have a feeling that the CCV is shot and is causing that noise. First thought it was a pulley, but they are fine. Also the noise isn't present in the first 2-3 minutes of start up. It starts to make the noise after 3-4 minutes. Has anyone replaced the CCV without replacing the valve cover? I see some kits on eBay, but wondering if they are legit. Any feedback is appreciated.
