So I have to replace my thermostat for my water pump this week ,the part is leaking after less then a year,I have the car at BMW of Greenwich and I was told them that I just replace the part, Dave said if it was a BMW OEM part he would give me credit for the part, BUT it was not OEM but OE ,which means not credit.
if it was a BMW OEM part it would be replaced for up to 2 years , without the labour.
But good news [if I look at it this way] my rear tires[Michelin latitude's 315 r20] where worn in the middle and Michelin Corp will replace the tires 100% including the road force balancing .
So................lesson here.......buy BMW parts they will at least stand by them .
