I don’t know why you would reset the long-term adaptions unless you’d changed either the complete transmission or the mechatronic unit – certainly not when you change the fluid. You end up in a situation where the clutches are trying to relearn their correct shift times from scratch and you risk burning them out while the controller tries to figure out the new control pressures.

Did you have the engine running while you set the fluid level and also use Lifeguard Fluid 6?
