It's normal to have oil in the intake. The CCV vents oil, combustion / blow by products, moisture, etc into the intake.

The creamy peanut butter is caused by my understanding blockages in the CCV, and insuffienct drive time to fully remove moisture and other contaminants that build up in the engine oil and CCV system.
