This is great insight into that valve Artman!

A new aftermarket valve that I installed earlier this year now appears to be being difficult.

No heat until major doses of throttle even with coolant temps at normal.

Been suspecting the valve for a while now and today I whacked on the top metal cylinders with a stubby wrench and then heat began to flow and the more forward hose became warm.

So, if this valve continues to stick it's going to the trash can. I'll give it a few more whacks to get it into compliance and then I'm out!
