Unless your X is outfitted with tires that stick out beyond the body fenders & side view mirrors...the width listed should be usable.
If you haven't done so yet, do a google search using the following search phrase
"BMW e70 X5 owners manual PDF"...there's usually a page that has the width & length listed (at least it was in my e38/e39/e53 owners manuals).
EDIT: just out of curiosity, I typed
BMW e70 X5 exterior dimensions into a google search box, then selected images and found these pics below. You just need to determine if you can use the dimension you already have (
1933mm)...or if you can ignore or get by not using the
2197mm (mirror to mirror width) since the mirrors may be able to be folded in.
