Thanks Prophead. I thought maybe factory or dealer since they are color matched, but the finish seems like a powder coat as well - when they chip, it is a big/deep chip so you can't just touch up. Although I like the look, they are a PITA to keep looking good because any mishandling or curbing is instant chipping. They are definitely factory wheels (stamping on the inside of spokes), so must have been power coated or whatever by a prior owner (I think I am #3).
