Oil is extremely unlikely to come from the the turbocharger seals. It's very likely coming from the crankcase ventilation system.

All you need is remove the charge hose and replace the o-ring. I was readying that's there's actually 2 groves to possibly use 2 o-rings instead of just one.

I used to have the red charge hose oiled up before the ProVent. It's now dry like California central valley....
It appears I may have hit that extremely unlikely scenario.
With ProVent installed, after about 200 miles, I observed intercooler charge pipes coated in film of oil.

The pipes and intercooler itself were thoroughly cleaned (see my thread ), then ProVent was installed.
