The web sites look identical, other than the colors and model names, and the product itself looks to be the same 2 module design with the T-harnesses.
They appear to have the exact same list of features that they support also.
It looks like the Flashlogic may come without the 2x long range remotes (they also have a much shorter list of compatible LR remotes on their web site than ADS does) while the ADS does include the 2x long range remotes in the kit.
Look at the "What's Included Tab" for these:

You will need to buy a compatible LR remote kit (remotes, antenna & antenna cable) if you want to use something beyond the OE BMW key fob and it's very limited range.

The lack of included LR remotes, and a rather limited LR remote expansion capability, seem to be the only difference that I can see.
