Seems low on miles for this but if e70 same as e53, both of our e53 need the rear subframe mounts replaced and that causes very much the # 3 symptom. When I notice the most is hitting expansion joint under light acceleration. The acceleration torques the subframe tight until I hit the bump then momentarily the bushing floats and re-connects with a thump.
