Well I got my wifes 35D back from the dealer last night from some warranty work, and they did replace all 3 cabin filters including recirc under the CBS / MP -

I have a spare set of 3 now that I will use in a couple years when the vehicle is no longer under MP, I like to replace them bi-yearly -
