1. remove the intake scoop
2. remove the fan ( it have 2 retaining clips on top)
3. remove the drive belt and replace if necessary
4. loosen the axle nut both sides
5. loosen the wheel bolts and secure the vehicle with jack stands
6. loosen the engine mounts lower bolts (and driver side upper bolt)
7. rase the engine and support it with a engine stand
8. drain the front differential
9. remove the front axle
10. remove the front differential and put it aside.
11. remove the alternator
12. loosen the power steering pump
13.remove the alternator bracket
14. scrape off the old gasket and install new gasket
15. put everything back together and enjoy

you don't have to follow step by step on in the exact order but this will help in the prosses. I have done this to various N62 engines. it will take time and patients. good luck
