Did you use OEM mesh grill inserts? I (like many others) need to do this too but don't really want to spend a lot on OEM grills only to have a bird smash through them again a few days later...!
I have some alloy mesh I want to use but haven't yet found the time to look at how it might be mounted in the bumper.
